Security Needs!!! 

&middot; Tivoli Access Manager 

&middot; Tivoli Identity Manager 

&middot; RACF 

&middot; Active Directory Services 

&middot; WebSphere Administrators / Middleware technologies 

&middot; LDAP directory services 

&middot; Security concepts (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing, 
Cryptography, etc.) 

&middot; Security work experience with an emphasis on design of security 
solutions rather than security administration 

&middot; Understanding of security-oriented protocols (SSL, SSH, IPSEC, 
Kerberos, etc) 

&middot; SANS Security Essentials (GSEC) 

&middot; CISSP
