Position: Quality Assurance
Location: Fredericton or Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2007-12-09
Our client is a highly successful network security management company, with
approximately 70 employees located in both the United States and Canada. They
are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their
team, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required:
- Degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of QA/verification testing experience in a highly technical
environment
- strong UNIX (Linux) experience
- test case development, test case automation and test case manual execution
experience
- strong experience and understanding of network security
- strong experience and understanding of network protocols, routers,
configuration, etc.
- outstanding communication skills
- ability to work well at a senior level with a team of technical professionals
- ready willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done, including
overtime
- Linux/server performance knowledge (asset)
