Technical Program Manager - Professional Services Delivery Team, reporting to 
VP, Customer Solutions Delivery

Our client is a highly successful network security management company, with 
approximately 70 employees located in bot the United States and Canada.  They 
are currently recruiting for a Technical Program Manager to join their 
Professional Services delivery team, based in either Fredericton or Saint John, 
New Brunswick, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Project Office processes and disciplines
• Define and implement Professional Services commitment requests and 
delivery processes
• Project manage the delivery of a managed support program for strategic 
and high priority customers
• Manage project activities to ensure that timelines and deliverables are 
met on budget
• Develop Scope of Work, project plans and related project documents
• Manage project resource requirements and utilization
• Manage change control processes
• Communicate project status on a regular basis to stakeholders 
• Liaise with the client, taking time to understand the client's evolving 
needs; developing the client relationship through effective communication and 
personal skills; and building trust through repeated, timely, and effective 
project delivery 
• Escalate red flags when required in order to meet customer requirement
• Manage customer expectation throughout the project delivery
• Promote and practicing company values in the leadership of staff and the 
nurturing of a creative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product and services
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project processes 




JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Education and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with Professional 
Services, Customer Services or Software Customization Projects where 
vendor/customer relationships exist
• Excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal skills and 
relationship building skills 
• Proficient in a technical discussion; ability to lead a technical 
discussion as it relates to the use of software products within the customers 
operations
• A passionate self-starter with the ability to motivate and build passion 
in others 
• Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills 
• Ability to resolve client issues and manage client's expectations 
• Ability to present ideas effectively to peers, team members, executives, 
and clients 
• Ability to lead teams effectively by maximizing each team member's 
abilities and skills 
• Demonstrated multitasking ability, analytical skills, and problem 
solving skills 
• A consistent record of on-time delivery and customer service is 
mandatory 
• Ability to schedule and meet deadlines 
• Ability to navigate and work through challenges with a positive attitude 
• Ability to resolve and manage conflict 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products 
• PMP Designation is an asset
