Delivery Lead/ Head – Security Service
The Role
The Security Services Head must play a key role in handling and managing
customer security requirement and appropriate delivery of services. The
candidate will be charged with developing comprehensive delivery strategies and
processes. The candidate should also have good security background along with
technical skills to co-ordinate and manage the security services team. The
candidate should also possess good background and experience in IT security and
Security Services in order to manage and lead a team of skilled people and
deliver the best of services to the customers.
Description
Responsible for participating in security design reviews, security code
reviews, security testing and security research. These activities will include
the following tasks:
a) Threat modeling
b) Test planning
c) Application penetration testing through a UI, API or over a network
d) Manual and automated code analysis
e) Tools development
f) In depth understanding of customer technologies and examination of
security risks
g) Research and whitepaper creation on relevant security topics
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirement
a) Start up experience preferred.
b) At least 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
c) At least 3 years of experience in a IT Security
d) Track and analyze the delivery of engagements to determine consistency
of delivery, quality of process, and quality of results / findings
e) Maintain Project Management proficiency, sharing best project delivery
practices, developing tools, improving report templates, and enhancing iViZ
methodologies
f) Identify and implement improvements in existing delivery processes and
delivery procedures
g) Participated in an executive role in the growth of an IT product
company from very small to a big team
h) Demonstrable background in software development
i) Demonstrable background in IT security and Penetration Testing
j) Demonstrable background in C/C++ programming
k) Demonstrable background in Perl/Python/Ruby scripting
l) Familiarity and good experience with Unix/Linux platform
m) Familiarity and good experience with common security tools and testing
methodologies
n) A dynamic and high energy individual who can build and lead a skilled
team
