Regional Sales Head – (India, US, APAC)

The Role
The successful Regional Sales Head will lead iViZ’s sales efforts in 
achieving quota goal. They will deliver exceptional levels of new customer 
acquisition, customer satisfaction and have passion representing iViZ.  
Approximately 50% travel is required covering the respective region.

Strong consideration will be given to the candidate that can show a consistent 
track record of building a territory and growing a team. Creativity and 
appreciation for sales process and target account selling will be a requirement.

The Person
Successful Regional Sales Head at iViZ should be highly intelligent, articulate 
and self-motivated business professionals. They are able to convey complex 
ideas in simple, factual terms. They have a keenly acute, proactive sense and 
are action-oriented. These associates are exceptional intuitive listeners. They 
sell from a business-proposition perspective, where technology is second to 
business requirements and justification. They can converse with Presidents, 
CFO's and CIO's in a senior, consultative manner, allowing for easy, informal 
communication. They do not rely on tactics or techniques to be persuasive, but 
rather work from a respectful, peer-based perspective. Finally, Regional Sales 
Heads are risk managers who are seeking to leverage their talents and 
experiences to build wealth for themselves and their associates.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
Experience:

a)      Start-up exposure

b)      Minimum 7 years or more of successful sales experience in a high-growth 
software application/development firm.

c)      Minimum of three years in a direct or related security industry company.

d)      Minimum of five years or more of direct management experience.

e)      Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

f)      Referenceable customer base.

Skills and Abilities:

a)      A hunter with a proven plan for prospecting to new clients. Account 
management is secondary in this role.

b)      Strong ability to network within accounts and with partners 
organizations.

c)      Results-driven, highly accountable and self motivated with a strong 
work ethic. Excellent time and detail management.

d)      High energy, creative thinker and risk taker who is able to make a 
difference with clients by developing long term relationships.

e)      Very personable, empathetic with clients and co-workers.
