Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

InterMakers is an IT Firm based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We are looking to
hire Interns that are new to the area of networking, but are interested in
Linux & Open Source Software, Network Security, Exploitation, Windows Servers,
general systems administration and computer troubleshooting. We provide daily
training with the opportunity to become full time outsourced systems
administrators. We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology
and computers. If you are in school, we are flexible with hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a candidate with _some_ knowledge in the following areas.
Training is available!
-Windows XP/Vista Desktop Support Knowledge
-Basic Network Intrusion Detection Knowledge
-Basic TCP/IP (v4/v6) knowledge.
-Knowledge with routers, security and configuration and deployment.
-Windows 2003/2008 Server Administration, Implementation Security and Support
-Exchange 2003/2008 Server Administration, Implementation Security and Support
-VMWare, VMWare Fusion, BootCamp and Virtual Hosting
-Knowledge with Linux (Various Flavors) Desktop/Server Administration,
Implementation Security and Support
-MAC/OSX Support (Terminal and GUI)
-Firewall/Security Administration, Implementation and Support
Would be great if future employee had:
-PHP/ASP/JAVA/PERL/C Develoment skills.
-VB/VBS Scripting skills.
-SQL administration (Postgres/MySQL) skills.
-VOIP Systems (Cisco and Astrisks) skills.
