JOB REQUIREMENTS

Brief Description: Experience with implementing and managing McAfee HBSS:
* Provide day-to-day assistance for the HBSS solution (the HBSS solutions
consist of ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), McAfee's Host Intrusion Prevention, and
Custom Infocon module) break fix issues, upgrades and operational assistance.
* Will provide tier II personnel with architecture, configuration and best
practices assistance.
* The intent of the services is to provide the personnel with the assistance
needed to troubleshoot their solution and provide knowledge on how to further
maintain the product as their requirements evolve with use.
* Provide break fix support for the HBSS solution
* Provide assistance with upgrading software (if required)
* Provide assistance with configuring the ePO Server components
* Provide assistance with configuring ePO agents and communications
* Provide custom reporting assistance
* Provide assistance with creation of anti-virus and host intrusion prevention
security policy
* Provide assistance with creating device groups to support organization
hierarchy
* Provide assistance for creating user roles and access privileges
* Provide assistance for create user defined reports.
