Position: Security Consultant
Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2007-11-20
The Goal, Inc. is searching, on behalf of its client, for seven Security
Consultants interested in working in the Louisville, KY area.
We have been asked by a client to basically take over the majority of their
security operations functions, and have the chance to staff seven security
personnel for a twelve-month engagement (with extensions).
Perimeter Monitoring
Project Engineering & Risk Management
Litigation Support
Information Security Administration
Information Security participation with other groups/activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Perimeter Monitoring
The customer wants a high-level person (Ph.D.) to analyze the logs from their
Firewalls, IPS, Vontu, and home grown software.
Project Engineering & Risk Management
One on-site person with PSS project people to call in as needed. This would be
a SE engineer type. Skilled, senior, and able to be a team lead. On-site
person would scope engagements or engage the PSS principal.
Litigation Support
One on-site person that has a background in law, investigations, and forensics.
Former law enforcement or military that has the ability to work with attorneys
and law enforcement. Additional staff to be added on a project basis. On-site
person would scope engagements or engage the forensics PSS principal.
Information Security Administration
One on-site person that has a background in Risk Management, Compliance, and
Audit. This person should have former "Big Five" experience and should have
audit team lead experience.
Information Security participation with other groups/activities
One on-site person with an engineering and audit background. Would be a senior
person that would lead the internal security projects. Well spoken, detail
oriented, people person (Law Enforcement personality).
