As the Stock Plan Administrator you will be responsible for administering
Sourcefire's stock options program, restricted stock plan, and Employee Stock
Purchase Program. Your day to day duties will include:
• Responsible for data input and integrity of all stock program
information in Equity Edge and E*Trade. Maintenance of relevant paper and
electronic files for the Company’s equity programs. You must have zero
tolerance for errors.
• Processing all regular transactions including uploading new stock
options, downloading and processing stock trades, uploading payroll information
and all other transactions through E*Trade
• Providing reports and information as required for all SEC filings
• Assisting with program changes including the implementation and
administration of an Employee Stock Purchase Program
• Working with employees to answer their stock related questions and
trouble shoot their problems
• Working with other members of Human Resources to develop employee
communications and education programs
• Keep management team advised on trends within equity compensation
programs including making recommendations for program improvements
• Effectively collaborating with other members of Human Resources, Finance
and Legal on all matters related to equity compensation programs
• Must be willing to assist in other areas of Human Resources or Finance
as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

<b>Required Skills:</b>
• BA/BS or equivalent preferably in a Business related field
• Highly preferred - CEP designation or successful completion in one of
the three CEP Institute courses
• 3+ years experience as a stock plan administrator in either a corporate
or in-house consulting position
• Direct experience monitoring stock plan requirements, identifying
compliance issues and proposing and implementing solutions
• Experience with Equity Edge and E*Trade required
• Knowledge of all US laws surrounding US based stock programs
• Familiarity with non-US legal and tax issues surrounding stock programs
preferred
• Self starter, able to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to interface directly and effectively with employee base
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing demands under
tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
