Position: Developer
Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

The MySpace.com Information Security group is responsible for the overall
security of MySpace.com. The security developer will be a member of the
Security Development team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with
the development of new security features that will be deployed across the site.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining components of the
existing application security infrastructure. Finally, the candidate will be
responsible for developing hot fixes to the site in the case that security
vulnerabilities are identified. The candidate will work closely with the rest
of the Information Security group, as well as the Engineering and QA groups, to
ensure the security of MySpace.com.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 3 + years experience with security development
• Strong written and oral command of the English language
• Understanding of professional software development processes
• Exceptional problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
• Experience with Mircosoft.NET (C# and ASP.NET) a must
• Experience with Javascript, Microsoft IIS, XML required
• Must have general security knowledge (cross-site scripting, cross-site
request forgery, SQL injection et al.)
Desirable Experience:
• Working knowledge of ColdFusion applications
• SQL (MS SQL a plus)
• Microsoft TFS
• Agile development methodology (SCRUM)
• Building large-scale commercial websites
