Position:       Sr. Security Engineer
Location:       Beverly Hills, California, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

The MySpace.com Information Security group is responsible for the overall 
security of MySpace.com. MySpace is looking for a Security Engineer Lead to 
manage the MySpace Information Security group as it continues to grow.  
Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership skills, have top notch 
communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
&#149;  Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 
&#149;  5+  years of managing teams
&#149;  Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
&#149;  Strong written and oral command of the English language
&#149;  Understanding of professional software development processes
&#149;  Exceptional problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
&#149;  Experience with Mircosoft.NET (C# and ASP.NET) a must
&#149;  Experience with JavaScript, Microsoft IIS, XML /Xpath required
&#149;  Web application security skills (cross-site scripting, cross-site 
request forgery, SQL injection et al.)
&#149;  Knowledge of major browser platforms (IE 6/7, Firefox, Safari, et al.)
&#149;  Experience developing custom exploits
&#149;  Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
&#149;  Experience with UNIX or Linux


Desirable Experience:
&#149;  Experience with at least one common scripting language (Pearl, Python, 
Ruby)
&#149;  Experience with C/C++
&#149;  Agile development methodology (Scrum)
&#149;  Building large-scale commercial web sites
