Title Security Product Marketing Lead
Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY:
Leads and drives marketing direction for the EMC Product Security Programs
across all lines of business. Senior member of the organization that
contributes to the definition of the Security Strategy utilizing innovative
principles and ideas. In addition is called upon as a key contributor on large
projects that affect the organizations long-term goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Security Product Marketing
professional, self-starter, self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organized
individual who can identify issues and work appropriate people across multiple
organizations for results.
Ability to manage across organizational boundaries and lead cross-functional
initiatives
Superior communication skills (written, presentation, speaking, listening)
Solid analytical and business skills
Creative thinker who is success-driven both individually and as part of a
team.
Ability to successfully complete the following responsibilities:
Create marketing plan(s) for EMC Secure Information Infrastructure strategy
and ensure execution of said marketing plan to achieve identified success
metrics.
Integrate with and leverage EMC corporate marketing resources and programs
to execute the plan across all of EMC and to drive a consistent security
message across the entire product portfolio.
Create and deliver campaign specific tools for campaign use as well as field
enablement, including presentations, FAQs, whitepapers, etc.
Act as content expert for external facing and internal facing vehicles such
as websites, articles, presentations, etc.
Create and deliver presentations for executive level customer briefings.
Work closely with our Senior Management team to drive product strategy.
SKILLS
Ability to write clear and effective documents that translate technical
information into understandable product material.
Ability to influence others to achieve results.
Strong cross-functional team management skills.

Possesses creativity.
Security knowledge
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent
Masters preferred
