Sr. Security Engineer / Consultant

Services to our customers. To compliment our professional services, NCC has

ISS, Blue Coat, LogLogic, Juniper, RSA Security, Cisco, IronPort, Nokia,
Citrix, iPass, Netscaler, WanScaler, Microsoft, SourceFire, and more.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced security professional who desires the
challenge of taking a project from start to finish and has the ability to use
their creativity to design, implement and support the products and services we
have to offer. You will be working with a team of very talented security
professionals in our Chicago regional office. This individual will plan,
design, coordinate and implement technologies and services in mid market and
large enterprise networks. The position will also be directly involved in the
continuing evolution of our security practice along with being part of a
managed security services team that supports large enterprise customer’s
security infrastructures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidate Skills:
• Working experience in all aspects of internet security
• Network design & troubleshooting skills
• Working experience performing Security Assessments & Audits a plus
• Working experience with routers/switches/firewalls
• Working experience with Client to Site and Site to Site VPN
• Check Point and/or Juniper experience a plus
• Security Certifications a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Working experience with creating documentation, diagrams, proposals
• Eager to learn new technology and attend training classes!
• Ability to work in a team environment and the desire to succeed!
