Position: Software Engineer
Location: Mountain View, California, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2007-11-09
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for
software enhancements and new products. Responsible for the interpretation and
detailed design specifications for the coding, unit testing, and the
implementation of software modules in both new and maintenance programming.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Requirements analysis and design
Develop code to meet functional and design specifications
Develop automated unit and system tests
Participate in Agile releases using test driven development
Production support
Documentation and internal training
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other (preferably related) technical
discipline
At least 4 years of experience in software development
Proficient in software life cycle methodologies. Experience in Agile with Scrum
is a plus.
Experience in Java, C, Oracle, XML, Linux and/or Windows
Ability to work well with a team of highly talented software professionals in a
rapid deployment environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
