The Role
This role is responsible for Compliance across the whole EMEA region for the
organisation.
The role will work with the Functional Heads in setting/creating policies,
providing solutions, owning the corpoarate risk registers and methodologiy,
certification and compliance to DPA, PCI, 7799/27001 and FSA etc.
Experience of:
Compliance
Audit
Fraud
Policy (HR, Physical Security, Usage policies etc)
Software Compliance
Corporate Compliance
Team Management
Team Building Experience
The ability to work with Senior Management
Commercial awareness
CISSP, CISM or similar
10 years experience in Information Security/Compliance Leadership role.
International work experience
Travel (50% - 80% of the time)
Strong understanding of Legal/Regulatory side of Fraud Management
Investigation knowledge (evidence chain etc) and the non-technical side of
fraud management.
There is a requirement to have awareness of the IT Security issues with
compliance.
