Essential functions:
Implement code for 2nd generation C# vulnerability assessment engine
Improve/add algorithms for efficiently and cleanly implementing checks
Incorporate prototypes developed by researchers for new discovery/pen
testing methods Help maintain existing code C++ check engine
Keep amidst the various database security issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Desired skill set:
Strong C# and .NET expertise
C/C++ expertise
Ability to understand/improve complex code implementations
Ability to implement his/her own ideas/algorithms
Experience in network programming
TCP/IP, UDP understanding
Understanding of various database systems - Oracle, Sybase, DB2 etc
Familiarity with SQL - TSQL, PL/SQL etc
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
World-class problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Overall desired expertise
Database expertise - Oracle, DB2, Domino, Sybase on Windows and Solaris/Linux
Permissions and access control mechanisms
Architectural level understanding
Installation/configuration/administration
Systems experience
- Familiarity with UNIXes - Linux/Solaris minimum
- compiling and installing programs
