Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: boca raton, Florida, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2007-10-10
Responsibilities
Manages a team of professionals supporting development and maintenance for
assigned business functions.
Manages new development projects and supports maintenance and enhancement
activities.
Develops project plans and sets priorities for multiple projects.
Evaluates business opportunities and implements cost effective solutions.
Prepare and conduct associate evaluations.
Prepare and manage departmental budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in a
related field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in systems or applications development.
Experience leading a team of developers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Seasoned, Senior IT Leader with 5+ years experience in managing Security team
and large security projects in excess of $2M. 10+ years in managing large
teams and projects. Expert knowledge in Idenity Management technologies and
solutions. 5 years experience with compliance and security legislative, policy
and process. 3 years experience in working with internal and external auditors
in the areas of SOX and PCI. Knowledge of technologies and implementation of
those technologies that include : account provisioning, single signon, Oracle
e-biz roles, log monitoring, intrusion detection systems, key management and
key encryption. Ability to create strategy and implement. Resource and budget
planning and forecasting are key skills. Ability to create and change process
and improve organizational efficiencies.
