Position: Security System Administrator
Location: New York, New York, United States
Type: Contract

We are a midsized financial firm located in lower Manhattan with offices around
the globe. Our New York headquarters is currently seeking a Security Systems
Administrator help ensure our critical information technology systems are
available, backed up and secure.
The right candidate will be involved with...
* Disaster recovery plans
* Coordinate recovery process in the event of emergency.
* Assist in data recovery planning
* Evaluate operations of the environment
* Assist in creating security policy
* Work on intrusion detection and firewall improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* Ideally 3+ years of security experience
* Familiarity with network security practices
* Experience with Cisco equipment and firewalls is a major plus
* CISSP is also a plus
