Position: Sr. Security Analyst
Location: Manama, , Bahrain

IT security professionals for their Technology and Security Risk Services team
to be based in Bahrain. The salary and perquisites will be on par with the

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Profile for Senior Security Consultant
Mandatory Technical Requirements
1. 4 + years experience.
2. Worked extensively on Network Security assignments. Technical Security
Assessment, Penetration Testing, Web Application Security Testing, Security
Configuration Review
3. Detailed knowledge of Networking and Security concepts such as varied
Protocols, DMZ, PKI, VLAN, N-tier Architectures, etc.
4. Detailed knowledge of Network Architecture and Design review and
providing recommendations. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Unix, Linux,
Sybase, Oracle security.
5. Hands-on exposure on the usage of paid as well as freeware tools such
as Retina, Core Impact, Nessus, Nikto, Webinspect, etc
6. Performed application security assignments including White box and
Black box testing
7. Worked with market leading Firewall, IPS, VPN, Switches and Routers.
In addition, strong knowledge of Email Server, Web Server, Proxy technologies.
8. Industry Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCNA, CCSA, MCSA, MCSE,
CEH, etc.
9. Knowledge of Security Log collection, review and management
10. Detailed knowledge of the Security devices such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS,
Content Filtering, etc.
Mandatory Non-Technical Requirements
11. Led a team of individuals
12. Team player and Team leadership skills
13. Prior Work experience in a leading Security Firm or Big 4
14. Ability to learn and update the Security and the Business skills
15. Knowledge of Project Management / Time Management and Budget Management
16. Excellent Communication and Written / Spoken English skills.
Desirable Technical Requirements
17. Aware of various industry standards and guidelines such as COBIT, COSO,
ITIL, ISO 27001/27002, BS7799:3
18. Experience in developing applications through commercial software such
as C, C++, Visual Studio, PERL, etc
19. Information Risk Management and ISO 27001 planning and implementation
experience
20. IS Audit experience (Internal and External)
21. Experience in SAS, SOX audit
22. Conducted Security Awareness Training and Workshops
Desirable Non-Technical Requirements
23. Business Development skills to initiate in the identification and
management of business opportunities
24. Worked on Overseas assignments
25. Knowledge of Finance and Accounting through certifications such as CA,
ACCA, CPA
