THE CHALLENGE 
Do you have a proven track record in delivering quality, top of class network 
security solutions and customer care that differentiates your organization from 
the competition?  Does the idea of working for a leading network security 
software company providing leading edge network security solutions to clients

network security with large enterprise networks?  If so, this position will be 
of interest to you.  

THE OPPORTUNITY  
You will work with a team of highly skilled network security professionals in 
our client's Technical Assistance Center delivering technical engineering 
support to resolve customer issues with our client's leading edge network 
security product.  

You will work on the design of comprehensive security solutions to address a 
wide range of complexities, scales and integration requirements.  In addition 
you will assist customers in the deployment of our client's network security 
software solutions by providing planning, implementation, configuration and 
optimization services to clients throughout the world.

As a member of the Technical Assistance Center team, you will also play a key 
role in representing customer needs and requirements to the product management 
and engineering teams.  You will also work closely with the engineering, 
product management and quality assurance teams to perform proof of concept and 
validation of solutions and complex issues reproduction.

growing quickly and are looking to add to their team of security 
engineer/technical support professionals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

THE REQUIREMENTS  
Passion for customer care and customer satisfaction.
  
A successful track record in developing and managing client relationships 
  
A strong knowledge of network infrastructures (LANS, WANS) in a Linux, and Unix 
environment. Experience with a broad range of networks and multi vendors 
technology. A strong knowledge of network hardware and software configuration, 
with the ability to scope the problems and issues that are specific to large 
enterprise networks.
  
A strong knowledge of network security management tools, issues, policies and 
procedures, particularly as they relate to business rules.
  
Ability to anticipate the effects of network security issues and trends.
