a team of several Level 3 engineers who are backed up by a pool of Level 1 and 
Level 2 engineers. Responsibilities of this role include: Monitoring and 
troubleshooting client network issues; analyzing client logs for security and 
performance and make performance improvement recommendations where possible; 
communicate technical issues and solutions with clients and plan and execute 
projects that support managed services clients and corporate networks. On-call 
responsibilities are part of this role but only one week per month on a 
rotating basis. Our client is set up to do 90% or more of what they do for the
 ir clients from their Fort Collins headquarters. Additional offices are 
located in Silicon Valley, Las Vegas, Chicago and Calgary. Join today and be

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requires a BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of network and network security 
experience in a Microsoft environment. Certifications such as the CISSP, CCNA, 
CCDA, CCSP and CCNP are highly preferred. An MCSE certification is a plus. You 
must demonstrate advanced experience with Cisco routers, switches and security 
experience to include IDS, IPS devices, Cisco PIX Firewalls, VPN Concentrator 
and IOS Firewall/IPS. You must demonstrate advanced experience working with and 
troubleshooting the Microsoft series of operating systems (NT, XP, 2002, 2003) 
and server solutions (Exchange, SQL, IIS, ISA, Active Directory) at an MCSE 
level. You’ll be supporting customers so your verbal and written 
communication skills must be strong. Preferred technical skills include: Cisco 
advanced SDN solutions: CSA, MARS and NAC/CCA, managed services experience, 
experience managing clients in a Citrix environment. Regulatory compliance 
familiarity with FFIEC, FDIC, NCUA and GLBA is a plus. You’ll dem
 onstrate a track record of successfully working with engineers, sales people, 
vendors and executives. This is a highly team driven environment where 
you’ll work with engineers who have a variety of skill levels so 
you’ll have to work comfortably with all levels of peers. You’ll need 
to pass a formal background check.
