LOCATION: Washington, DC 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Scope: Responsible for the management and completion of compliance and 
oversight program duties, including risk management, certification and 
accreditation, vulnerability and threat analysis, FISMA compliance, and other 
security activities. Ensures compliance with government and company security 
policies and procedures. Reviews and investigates non-compliance issues. 
Responsible for employment, training and discipline of assigned employees. 
Works on management problems of a fairly complex nature and recommends changes 
to team policies. Success allows operation to maintain schedules, avoid 
declining employee morale, and avoid negative budget issues. Interacts daily 
with customers and/or functional peer groups. Interprets, implements and 
administers policies that typically affect individual employees of a sub-unit. 
Performs full range of managerial duties for employees supervised including 
recruitment, salary administration, performance reviews, counseling, and 
employee develop
 ment. Responsible for maintaining good customer relations to explain technical 
trade-off to managers and customers who may not have the technical expertise to 
perform the analysis themselves. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: 
Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree 
and 6 years of related work exerience. Superior writing and analytical skills. 
Knowledge of Federal Government security management, operational, and technical 
requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability 
(clearance). 

DESIRED SKILLS: 
Master’s Degree, CISSP or equivalent certification
