Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proactive outbound 
prospecting and networking activities in an effort to sell and market 
Arbor’s security and networking solutions. 


Job Responsibilities:

        Follow-up on and manage all inbound phone leads, marketing 
campaign responses, event leads, and Web inquiries.   
        Analyze needs and product requirements of prospective customers.
        Proactively set up meetings and/or product demos for regional 
sales teams.  
        Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
        Interact closely with assigned regional sales teams on a weekly 
basis in the development and execution of their territory plan. 
        Track daily call activities using Saleslogix (SLX). Generate 
weekly reports for each rep using detailed SLX call activity tracking. 
        Work closely with marketing programs manager(s) on campaign 
executions and follow-up.    
        Staff tradeshows and regional events as required. 




JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required

        3+ years telesales experience, focused in the security, 
networking or telecommunications sector.
        Proven oral and written communication skills.
        Ability to work independently towards a common team goal. 
        Bachelors Degree required.
        Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of 
SalesLogix and Crystal Reports desired.
        Must have entrepreneurial zeal and a sense of humor to thrive 
in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
