The Role
This is an opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual with good IT
project management knowledge especially within IT Security projects, to join a
highly successful and rapidly expanding business and an ideal environment in

Reporting to the PMO Program Manager, you will be responsible for the success
of your assigned projects through the full project lifecycle. The successful
candidate will have demonstrable prior experience working within a customer
management solutions based organisation and have experience managing IT
Security projects within a customer service, retail or finance centred
organisation.
You will be responsible for; the planning and execution of the project;
effective client interaction; leadership of your project team; risk and issue
management; status reporting. Candidates must have experience of managing high
profile, high pressure security projects, and must have had previous experience
implementing either PCI or FSA compliance regulations within an IT environment,
globally.
The role will involve up to 50% traveling (EMEA and potentially globally)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience needed
Degree or equivalent directly related work experience. Any specific Security
accreditation such as CISP would be highly advantageous.
Typically 5+ years in a Project Management role dealing technical IT and
Security projects. Must have strong methodological and process driven project
experience.
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain
relationships. Must communicate effectively during client presentations as well
as one-on-one with site personnel. Excellent written and oral communications
skills and an ability to speak a second language would be advantageous such as
French, German or Spanish.
Knowledge/Abilities:
• PMI or Prince2 certified (required)
• ITIL trained
• Security (CISP or similar)
• Experience of multiple full project lifecycles from business development
to final delivery
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of successfully leading and managing teams
• Experience of ITIL processes
• Commercial awareness
• Financial acumen

2 Working as part of the IT PMO 10%
3 Work as part of the IT Bid & Implementation Team to develop and enhance IT
standards across the EMEA Region 5%
