Position: Jr. Security Analyst
Location: Austin, Texas, United States
Type: Contract

The project we're working on for our client, is a large Security Operations
Center Build-Out. TEKsystems is looking for technical professionals who are
will work with the Department of Information Resources here in Austin to stand
up a Security solution for a Core MPLS Network. This is a very large and unique
Network. The SOC is currently in the design and installation phase and plans on
being operational by the end of August.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

TIER 3 Description:
TEKsystems is currently looking for Tier 3 Cisco Network Engineers with
Enterprise/Carrier Class experience in Installation, Design and Implementation
of FWSMs. (Fire Wall Service Modules) to augment their Engineer team. The Tier
3 Engineer will be responsible for Design, Installation, and Implementation of
FWSM, ASA, PIX and must have hands on experience with 6509 Cisco Catalyst
Routers. Qualified Candidates will have 5-7 years experience in Cisco Network
Security, a full understanding of Contexts with in a Fire Wall Service Module,
and must have multiple FWSM installation experience. Basic Routing Protocol
experience in OSPF, EIGRP and Static Routes is needed. Certifications typically
associated with this role are as follows but not limited to: CCSP, CCIE, GIAC,
CCDA, CCNA, CCNP. Experience with Cisco Works Security Information Manager
(CW/SIM), Citrix, VPN/SPA, NetForensics, CISCO AGM, CISCO ADM, is a Plus.
Experience working with MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) is a
lso a BIG PLUS!
