helping customers secure their Enterprise applications. Application Security,
Inc. is seeking a Java-experienced, senior software developer to develop an
Enterprise-grade interface to our security products.
Description
We are seeking a developer to work in the design, development, enhancement and
modification of our security vulnerability scanning and assessment system. The
candidate will formulate and develop software security features and perform
regular application refactoring, work with troubleshooting and problem
remediation, and implement and document new features. He/she will also assist
in QA testing, product releases, and post-release customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience
• Java and SQL (3 - 5 years).
• Software architecture, design and development.
• Strong problem solving and algorithm development skills.
• Web application development.
• Database management systems, SQL.
• Software development on Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Self-motivated personality, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
• Computer Science Bachelor's degree with 5+ years software development.
Preferred Experience
• Computer Science Master’s degree.
• GUI development with Java/Swing.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, Eclipse, Netbeans, and JEE.
• C++ and XML/SOAP.
• JSP/JSF.
• Usability design.
• Software product shipment.
• Customer-centric development perspective.
