Position: Security Engineer
Location: Roseland, New Jersey, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier,
mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based
business solutions. Our services include: a full suite of human resource
administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and
investor communications services for the financial services industry; and
computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers.
The primary responsibility of this person is the hands-on technical
engineering, security and support of ADP’s Internet Services solutions
utilizing ADP’s identity services and web technologies. The scope of
technologies includes web servers, application servers, web services,
messaging, directory services, database servers and portal technologies.
A successful candidate will be responsible for engineering upgrades,
availability, security and scalability of large production Identity Management
and Security Infrastructure. This position will be involved in level 3
troubleshooting, investigation and response.
We are looking for strong engineering minded people who enjoy hands-on work
evaluating, maintaining and improving large, state-of-the-art internet services
infrastructure. There are no management responsibilities associated with this
opening, however; the person hired is expected to manage their own workload.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

3 - 5 years hands-on Internet / Web Technology experience
3 - 5 years hands-on Solaris and/or Linux experience
5+ years total IT experience
Knowledge of Internet protocols, topologies and technologies is a must.
Knowledge of Internet Identity and Security concepts is desirable.
BS or BA degree in Technical field desired. Will consider work experience for
qualified candidates.
