Job Description:
The Sr. Tax Accountant will be responsible for the handling of the Company
income tax, payroll tax, sales and use tax, franchise tax and other filings,
both domestically and internationally
Will also be responsible for quarterly FAS 109 and FIN 48 compliance
Handle all domestic and international tax audits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:
Prepare work papers for tax returns and tax provisions.
Responsible for the filing of domestic and international income tax returns,
franchise tax returns, VAT returns, payroll returns and sales and use tax
returns.
Manage the tax compliance calendar.
Handle all tax audits both domestic and international.
Responsible for quarterly FAS 109 and FIN 48 compliance.
Prepare and file personal property returns.
Work with corporate accounting system to acquire and analyze financial data.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments in order to properly file
returns.
Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, international and local
issues.
Research state and international nexus issues.
Prepare and keep updated a state sales tax matrix.
Continuously review, interpret and implement new or revised tax law.
Gather and analyze data, perform computations and prepare non-income tax
returns and filings such as annual reports and licenses
Experience Required:
Education and Work Experience
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA desirable.ý
* Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of tax experience in the public or private
sector.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
* Technical and comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international tax law.
* Thorough knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 reporting requirements.
* Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and
problem solving skills.
Equipment and Applications
* PCs, financial spreadsheet and accounting software
