  Job Description - 
 
As a Client Manager, you will plan, direct and coordinate the relationship, 
implementation, upgrades, account management and support activities of 
Enterprise customers that may include multinational and Fortune 500 accounts. 
You will be responsible for multiple internal and external projects of varying 
complexity.
The responsibilities may include: 

Project Management: Develop detailed project specifications and implementation 
plans for initial implementations, enhancements and upgrades to include project 
schedules, work plans, funding, staffing requirements, allotment of available 
resources; manage all aspects of Enterprise customers' contract implementation; 
identify and proactively resolve or escalate critical business issues that 
pertain to the success of the project and the Enterprise customer business; 
work with Enterprise customer to establish project scope, deliverables and 
timelines; help Enterprise customer define, prepare and edit VeriSign product 
or service infrastructure requirements; prepare project reports for management 
and Enterprise customer.

Relationship management: Manage the partnership with Enterprise customers in 
close cooperation with sales; act as a liaison between Enterprise customers and 
VeriSign's internal teams; drive VeriSign cross-functional teams to support 
business development and marketing initiatives to increase sell-through and 
generate upsell/cross-selling; act as an evangelist for Enterprise 
customer’s ongoing needs at all levels of VeriSign organization; ensure 
customer satisfaction in all aspects of the partnership/relationship with 
customer; facilitate communications for line of business changes and provide 
business development support to regionally based sales teams. 
 
 
 
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent 
technical background.
3+ year complex cradle to grave project and account management experience. 
Sales and technical experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer driven.
Ability to analyze complex situation and synthesize.
Ability to work independently; Self starter and highly motivated.
Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats.
Strong organizational skills.

Pluses:
Public Key Infrastructure and/or Managed Security Service experience a plus.
