Position: Security System Administrator
Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2007-06-16
This position is responsible for overseeing corporate security, creating
proposals for security needs and maintaining documentation of policies,
procedures, monitors and reporting requirements. Security Administrator is
responsible for maintaining the Business Continuity Plan for Triad and
coordinating participation among Triad personnel. The Security Administrator
performs various assessments of internal risk and vulnerability assessments.
This person reports to the Manager of Operations, is a permanent member of the
Information Security Team (INFOSEC) and works with the Information Services
Team Leads and other department managers in implementing security safeguards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education and Experience:
• Associate Degree in computer related field or equivalent computer
knowledge.
• Minimum of 8 years experience with technology
• Security Certification such as CISSP or CISM, EnCe
• Skills and Training:
• Proven communication skills
• Excellent written documentation skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Leadership and monitoring skills
• Knowledge:
• Project management
• Security legislation and standards such as ISO17799/27001, CoBIT, GLB,
and SOX
• Mortgage Insurance
• Auditing and financial applications
• In-depth background in LANs/WAN
• Understanding of security scanning tools such as Nmap and Nessus
• Understanding of intrusion detection systems
• A sound working knowledge of computer network operations in a Microsoft
Windows, Unix/Linux, Cisco, Ethernet, and TCPIP environment with Internet access
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols
