Our Client is seeking a Security Infrastructure team lead to be part of a
highly energetic engineering team focused on Critical Infrastructure products.
*You must be well-versed in the operational and architectural aspects of
Security Infrastructure products (Securid, Kerberos, PKI, RADIUS, Powerbroker
), including participation in design, implementation, troubleshooting, and
level 3 support. You will also be responsible for leading a small team of
security infrastructure engineers and support staff You must have solid oral
and written communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working
in a geographically diverse environment.
*Drive the design and implementation new technology solutions to meet specific
business needs.
*As a team lead, manage the projects, priorities and people and provide them
directions.
*Engineer enhancements to Kerberos, Securid, Radius, PKI and GSPBgate
infrastructure.
*Continually evaluate the operations of the environment, and assist in the
optimization and delivery of security infrastructure improvements.
*Be agile and responsive to client needs and ensure error free implementation
of solutions following the Global Services standards.
*Consistently meet the SLA's set with the client for the services provided3
*Be available to respond to level 3 situations and perform sustained
engineering work.
*Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.
*Provide technical team lead and is able to work closely with counterparts in
other offices and teams.
*Design and develop management tools for the security infrastructure
environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Strong inter-personal and communication skills; making presentations to
customer or client audiences or professional peers, and working independently
on problem solving.
*Ability to quickly learn new platform and new security infrastructure products.
*Is experienced with most aspects of Securid, Kerberos, RADIUS, PKI
infrastructure and experience with scripting languages like PERL preferred.
*Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
*Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them.
*A solid understanding of a Unix/Linux and Windows OS and infrastructure
components with software engineering focus.
*Ability to capture KPI , create reports on trend \ gap analysis and provide
recommendation to address the risks.
*Must be able to work on multiple projects.
*Knowledge of Monitoring and Performance Management tools.
*Strong project management role in an enterprise environment.
*Strong Leadership skills.
