Information Security Analyst (Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Planning)

experienced Information Security Analyst (BC/DRP) for our Information Security
division.
This position works closely with the Information Technology Department and
Business Units to design & implement a business continuity/disaster recovery
plan to continue critical business processes and recover from unplanned
incidents that effect the Fund’s business operations. Will coordinate
business recovery training and exercise, ensuring compliance with internal and
external guidelines, risk management, coordinate contingency site test
preparation and actual test event scheduling and support, and post test problem
resolution. This position will also work to implement the Funds Information
Security Policies & Standards.
Responsibilities:
• Will lead cross funds initiatives and serve as representation for
information security in enterprise wide Disaster Recover / Business Continuity
Exercises
• Provide leadership and direction to Information Technology staff
regarding all aspects of disaster recovery and business resumption exercises
• Assist in security awareness training program
• Work with relevant personnel to evaluate new security technologies
• Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited program is required
• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a Disaster
Recovery/Business Continuity Specialist
• Strong technology based experience with emphasis on development,
testing and execution of disaster recovery/business continuity plans
• CISSP certification required
• SANS and other BC/DRP related certification a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-directed, self-motivated, self-starter able to work with minimal
supervision
