Citigroup's Technology Infrastructure organization provides worldwide support 
to Citigroup
businesses in the areas of network & telecommunications support, systems and 
application
services, and data center operations. CTI Global Information Security has set a 
goal of developing and implementing programs to facilitate compliance with the 
ISO 17799 Code of practice for information security management by CTI business 
units within the next five years.
The CTI Planning and Technology team is responsible for providing definition 
and oversight to the key Information Security initiatives including ISO27001 
readiness program.

Technical Analyst - Program Manager

CTI Global Information Security has set a goal of developing and implementing 
programs to facilitate compliance with the ISO 17799 Code of practice for 
information security management by CTI business units within the next five 
years.
  
The CTI Planning and Technology team is responsible for providing definition 
and oversight to the key Information Security initiatives of the department 
through the following activities:
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assist business managers in developing project requirements 
*Structure related projects into a program 
*Manage Global Programs in Information Security and general infrastructure  
*Participate in process to prioritize business programs 
*Ensure TI management is apprised of client strategies and business plans and 
the corresponding CTI support requirements 
*Coordinate and manage business-sponsored projects and ensure their completion 
per approved budget and plan 
*Assume responsibility for a number of projects, and ultimately portfolios of 
projects on behalf of Citigroup businesses 
*Successfully integrate with CTI colleagues and other project managers. 
Proactive management of risks and issues to projects
*This individual should be a skilled project manager professional knowledgeable 
in the areas of tools and processes used to expose common 
vulnerabilities/issues and those used by security professionals for 
implementing countermeasures. The majority of the team has achieved industry 
standard security certification (CISSP) 



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
*Bachelor's degree 
*3-5 years of experience in information security as it relates to technology 
and supporting processes 
*Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities 
*Proven abilities to meet challenging deadlines 
*Ability to take initiative, working both independently and as a team member 
*Understanding of Information Security in an operational role and experience 
conducting security assessments and articulating security issues to both a 
technical and non-technical audience 
*Industry accredited security certifications are required. The candidate must 
have or obtain at least one of the following certifications within one year of 
hire; CISSP, CISA. 
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a disciplined and organized fashion while 
maintaining attention to detail 
*Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have the 
ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management 
*Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project 
*Familiarity with FFIEC guidelines and/or Industry standard best practices in 
the area of Information Security is a plus
