Post-Sales Engineer

Our client, a global product-driven security company and leading provider of on 
demand vulnerability management is seeking a strong Post-Sales Technical 
Account Sales Manager with a solid network security background.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively driving and 
managing the post sales process with direct and channel customers. The TAM must 
be able to articulate the company's technology and product positioning to both 
business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical and 
business issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction 
through all stages of the sales process. The TAM will maintain post sales 
account ownership for technical and sales account management.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
•  5-7 years relevant experience providing post-sales implementation and 
client support for security-related, enterprise solutions to clients
•  Strong knowledge of security policy compliance and business process 
management technologies
•  Strong working knowledge of current firewall, IDS Brands & 
technologies, and Vulnerability Network Scanners (Nessus, nmap, Cybercop, ISS 
Internet Scanner). 
•  Knowledge of NIS, NFS, DNS, ACL, server/client configuration, TCP/IP 
networking hardware, protocols, and LAN configuration, knowledge of LAN and WAN 
technologies and web security architectures. 
•  BS in Computer Science or equivalent
