The Role
The Finance Sales Representative UK & Ireland reports to the Regional Sales 
Director for Northern Europe. He/she has the responsibility of developing the 
Sales of services and solutions, both directly and also indirectly, working 
with the business partners and affiliates. 
KEY OBJECTIVES will include the following:
Identify and develop business opportunities across the financial sector 
verticals: These include Retail and Merchant banking as well as insurance 
organisations.
Build new partnerships with other parties as well as manage existing key 
partner relationships at executive management level.
Communicate the daily sales achievements to ensure understanding and support 
throughout the UK & Ireland region.
Direct the work conducted with defined business partners on solutions offerings 
in specific instances to maximize revenue and to leverage associated products 
and service offerings
Further develop and increase revenue streams into existing customers, whilst 
expanding into new clients and  industries leading to a better balance across 
vertical markets and existing business partners.  
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally with a Solutions and Services background, with experience in 
communications and/or information  security, will have proven experience in 
spearheading and driving the creation of strategic sales initiatives to meet 
ambitious business targets;
5-8 years of sales responsibility matured in a dynamic and changing environment.
Demonstrable enterprise consultative selling experience and understanding.
Extensive experience of building up  sales across the UK & Ireland market and 
have a proven track record in the execution of a structured sales strategy.
Familiar with working in a cross-cultural and matrix environment. Extensive 
exposure to European multi-cultural environment and able to understand its 
requirements and complexities.
Proven track record in achieving or overachieving assigned team and personal 
sales quotas, selling direct and through partners.
Proven track record in structuring, negotiating and closing large complex deals 
as well as building up and creating a pipeline business. Proven business 
Portfolio and very strong relationship with the Enterprise decision makers in 
the UK
Familiar with International company culture; growth, within a dynamic 
environment.
Experienced at building and managing relationships at senior executive level 
with client organisations.
Decisions and methods of work performance are conducted within parameters of 
established procedures, processes, practices and guidelines.  All major 
deviations from instructions require supervisory approval.

Natural leader with high energy and strength of character to be able to make an 
immediate impact into the UK Sales organization in a relatively short time. 
Highly commercial perspective and strong business acumen.
Intellectually bright, process oriented and creative.
Action-orientated, persistent, 
Customer service orientated and particularly sensitive to incorporating client 
needs into products and services.
EDUCATION
The candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent.  
LANGUAGES
English language is a requirement, and any other European languages would be 
advantageous although not essential. 
SUPERVISION
Requires little regular supervision and guidance.  Work is expected to be 
accurate, high quality, and is expected to meet schedule and functional 
commitments. 
STAFFING
The ability to work closely with both the Inside sales and Renewals team, on a 
virtual team basis, in a collaborative manner, ensuring the maximization of 
revenue opportunities for the organisation.
