Position: Sr. Security Engineer
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Growing Start up Software company with Successful Senior Management team is
seeking a Senior Software Engineer to add to it's ever expanding staff.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing
our web portal. Specific duties will include definition of product
architectures, documenting product functional specifications to meet the
marketing requirements, design, test and release of software adhering to our
software development process and interfacing with QA.
Responsibilities include the following tasks. Prepare work estimates for
assigned tasks and complete all work according to schedule and quality
requirements. Write high performance source that meets organizational standards
and write design and functional specifications for use in implementation and
testing. Act as technical lead on projects, as required while providing ongoing
feedback on deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements will also include a strong background in web development,
expertise with Java, EJB, JBOSS, Apache and Tomcat. Successful candidates must
have at least 5 years of experience in developing n-tier web architectures with
expertise with at least either Windows, Solaris or Linux, plus knowledge
databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Must be familiar with security related technologies, secure coding practices,
and identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities as well as software
development lifecycle experience from design to testing.
