Security Analyst (Tripwire) in

Job Title:    Information Security Analyst (Tripwire)
Duration:     5 months
Location:     Foster City, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing an enterprise 
deployment of Tripwire Enterprise online with 3,000 deployed tripwire agents. 
Candidate will be responsible for the documentation of processes and procedures 
within the our client's environment. The resource will support the enhancement 
of the Intellitactics  enterprise deployment for the GSM project utilizing 
Tivoli and regular expressions (regex).  Additionally, the candidate will be 
responsible for analyzing additional content analysis functionality within the 
Vontu Protect product suite and determine viability to deploy within the Visa 
infrastructure

* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with some weekend work possibly required




JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Candidate must have knowledge of Tripwire Enterprise, V6.0 for deployment, 
management and trouble shooting.  
* Must have some degree of O/S file structure for integrity checking in the 
Windows and UNIX environments. 
* Must have some degree of network knowledge ( router, firewalls and switches ) 
in order to facilitate trouble shooting communications issues between the 
Tripwire agent base (3,000), and management console. 
* Candidate must have an understanding of security logging, common logging 
formats (e.g., syslog-ng, Windows, Unix).  
* Candidate must have communication skills to be able to work with a variety of 
SMEs to gather, interpret and document information pertinent to job functions.) 
 
* Must have cursory or concept  knowledge of DLP ( Data Leakage Protection ) 
and data content analysis technologies, preferable with the Vontu Protect 
product suite.
* Must be a quick study to gain in-depth knowledge of both these products, have 
knowledge of the client's infrastructure and be quick to adapt. 

* Skills:   Tripwire, Verbal communication, TCP/IP, Written communication, 
Visio, Linux, DNS, Word
