Position: Sr. Security Analyst
Location: Dublin, , Ireland
Type: Permanent F/T

Security Analyst - EU Headquarters
This position is based in the European Operations HQ in Dublin, Ireland.
Do you have an analytical mind towards information security and the desire to
make the world a safer place? If so, we would love to see your resume! We are
looking for people who have experience in exploring and documenting the
security details of systems, identifying weaknesses and creating formal
procedures for the remediation of issues. Google is a highly technical
environment and candidates must have expertise in the areas listed below as
well as the ability to analyze and learn new things quickly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* BS in technical field, Computer Science, or CIS is preferred.
* Solid experience analyzing the security of systems (Pen-testing, threat
modeling, etc.)
* Strong general security background in the application of cryptography,
network/systems/physical security, authentication, authorization and usability
* Experience with various auditing and compliance standards:
Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, SAS70, etc
* Programming experience in Java, C or C++ is a plus
* Highly organized approach to projects. Project management experience a
plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High energy, patient, creative, curious, unconventional, and ability to
be adaptive.
* Willing to travel internationally.
* Multi-lingual skills a plus but not required.
* CISSP not required. Relevant experience must be hands-on.
