The University of Michigan’s Office of Information Technology Security
Services (ITSS) is seeking a technically talented Data Security Analyst
Senior/Intermediate.
The individual in this role will have an opportunity to explore security
technologies in depth and affect real change to the security landscape at the
University. They will become part of a small team of seasoned professionals
working together to protect the IT assets of one of the greatest public
universities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate will possess expert knowledge of exploits and assessing
vulnerabilities in applications, operating systems and network systems. Must
be extremely proficient at programming and remarkably knowledgeable in open
source and commercial security tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or combination of education and
experience required. Must be a self-starter, communicate effectively, be
results-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
