Position: Security Consultant
Location: Huntley, Illinois, United States

TITLE: CONSULTING MANAGER
(Individual Contributor, Full Time)
Location - Huntley, IL
Job duties - Install and configure enterprise software, diagnose network
problems in production environments, and design network deployment
architecture. Help close license and service contracts. Understand customers'
requirements and their technical/network architecture. Specify the technical
approach and design, install and configure the company product. Provide
business consulting and advise during product release. Develop the project plan
and perform day-to-day execution of the project. Manage the project scope,
team, status reporting, issues, and budget while supporting the customers and
partners in their delivery efforts. Plan the specific training sessions and
deliver them to customers, partners, and employees. Work with the Training
Manager to schedule, design, and provide training, as well as provide feedback
to the training program. Work with the Support Manager to guide customers
through product updates and upgrades as necessary. Perform periodic customer
and syste
m "health-checks." Solicit and capture customers' requirements and feedback.
Work with Marketing and Engineering teams to process and manage customer
inputs. Participate in Customer Advisory Board and other customer-related
events. Develop the tools, knowledgebase, and infrastructure to run and manage
Professional Services. Recruit and interview candidates and travel to various
locations to conduct business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or foreign
equivalent.
Experience - 5 years' experience in systems analysis or professional services
with a major consulting firm or enterprise software company or closely-related.
Additional requirements: Ability to work directly with customers in project
management, and technical delivery roles; Interpersonal and communications
skills needed to make technical presentations; and Familiarity with enterprise
software and networking
