Voltage Security is looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for
excellence in designing and developing mission critical enterprise server
applications. Join a creative team in solving complex problems and providing
solutions that the world's largest companies depend on to keep their sensitive
information secure.
Career Summary:
Play a significant role in defining, driving, and delivering the Voltage
Enterprise Privacy Management Server. Take ownership of major features and
components of the server side of an enterprise security suite. Work closely
with product management, development, and QA to deliver industry-leading
solutions. Write functional and technical specifications, investigate new
technologies, and drive architecture and design decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• Strong background in Java
• 7+ years commercial software development experience
• Experience with Java frameworks including JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Struts
• Experience designing and developing Web applications including
experience with Web services, Service Orientated Architectures (SOA) and Web
application servers.
• Understanding of database technologies like MySQL and Oracle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivated and pro-active
• Passionate and assertive about product quality
Education: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related
field
The following experience is a Plus:
• Worked with Web Application Servers like Tomcat, Jetty, and JBoss
• Worked with Web servers like Apache and IIS and Web applications using
HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Developed elegant and intuitive Web based administrative UI
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like Exchange, Notes, and Sendmail
• Used encryption APIs like OpenSSL, BouncyCastle, and CAPI
• And understanding of Web security concepts like SSL, Kerberos
• Worked with Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus technologies
