JOB: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary post-sale interface to the customer providing
installation, supervision and project management on-site
* Coordinate complex installation
* Work with customers and third party contractors to plan and execute
projects
* On-site installations across North-America
* Perform final system configuration and integration into customer’s
network
* Conduct on-site acceptance and installation testing
* Assess, analyze, and remedy customer problems
* Instruct and guide customers in use of security software features and
security policy
* Receive, document, escalate, and respond to customer complaints
* Provide on-site customer support
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
* Project management and scheduling skills with attention to detail
* Linux Systems Administration experience.
* Network and Applications Security.
* CISSP certification preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge and experience in implementing complex security systems
* Outstanding troubleshooting and technical skills
* Expertise in networking and security
* Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
* Driven, self started individual motivated to work and prosper in a
high-growth, high-technology Internet Security company
* Willing and able to travel 40-50%
* Degree in Engineering, Electronics or Information Technology
