Position: Manager, Information Security

Global Information Risk Manager, London
The role is required to work closely with and reports to the Global Head of
Information Security and is responsible for the overall strategy of managing
information risk globally, providing guidance to regional as well as business
aligned Information Security representatives and collating all information
security metrics.
It is essential that this role establishes and subsequently grows an extensive
global network of relevant risk management contacts.
Primary responsibilities:
• Support the deployment and operation of the enterprise-wide information
risk management process.
• Review exception reports and monitoring relevant remediation tasks.
• Review all higher information risk issues, including security incidents,
on a global basis.
• Support the delivery a global, enterprise-wide security policy and
standards framework.
• Support the development and maintenance, in liaison with the security
representatives in the various Business Units, of the global information
security policies.
• Support the enterprise awareness programme.
• Liaise with internal and external audit & regulatory functions
Key areas of activity include:
• Monitor and report on the overall level of information risk at
enterprise level.
• Interpret business requirements and explain their information security
implications.
• Develop clear and compelling information security roadmaps based on the
prevailing security standards and communicating them effectively to relevant
business, IT and information security contacts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of deploying and subsequent managing enterprise-wide
information risk management processes and products.
• Ability to rapidly determine key issues within IT systems and business
applications with regard to information risks and their mitigation.
• Ability to establishes target risk profiles for business information
security within the overall corporate context.
• Ability to articulate the relevance of security standards to both
technology and business process owners.
