Responsibilities:
' Responsible for identifying and understanding customer and prospect needs and
translating the needs into support product requirements and plans.
' Works closely with senior customer support management, product management
within VeriSign's product lines, and Sales to identify and define new support
packages and pay-for-support opportunities.
' Accountable for support product definition, features, functionality and
pricing.
' Develops detailed business requirements and process flows that define the
user experience and serve as the basis for the support process.
' Ensures timely input and support from functional groups including Operations,
Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance to achieve product launch objective.
' Develops, reviews and provides oversight of marketing, technical and creative
support for launch.
' Provides support to Sales in order to grow sales of support offerings.
' Evangelizes support strategy and products through the organization.
' Responsible for attaining annual Support bookings, customer loyalty, and
customer satisfaction goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
' Bachelor's degree required.
' 5+ years experience in related field or product marketing with a high tech
company.
' Proven experience in product marketing activities such as researching,
developing requirements and documenting business processes ideal.
' Previous product management or product marketing experience.
' Working knowledge of web-based technology and a track record developing or
managing technology-based services.
' Strong analytical skills and an ability to methodically think through
processes and issues.
' Proven written and oral communications skills
' Experience defining, writing and implementing business requirements.
' Proactive, self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
' Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
' MS-Office and Visio skills.
