e-Discovery/Computer Forensics Manager
Apple's litigation team is looking for an energetic person with at least five
years of relevant experience and strong computer forensic skills, preferably on
the Mac platform. You will be a member of a fast-paced and dynamic legal team
responsible for managing all of Apple's litigation. In this role you will be
primarily responsible for electronic discovery, including working with outside
counsel, Apple employees and Mac-specialized vendors to identify and collect
electronic documents for production in litigation, interacting with IT
personnel and creating and managing databases and other systems for tracking
compliance with discovery obligations. You may also be required to provide
written or deposition testimony on document collection procedures and
electronic evidence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Bachelor degree required. Strong technology, investigation, analytical and
verbal skills required.
Litigation support experience at a large law firm and/or high tech company
preferred.
Experience on the Mac platform and in an IT function preferred.
General computer forensic certification and/or Mac forensic certification a
plus.
Testifying experience (court and/or deposition) a plus.
