TECH SUPPORT NEEDED FOR HIGH-END SECURITY COMPANY

Highly successful and profitable, Rapid7 LLC provides enterprise vulnerability 
assessment software to large companies ranging from educational, retail, 
financial and healthcare industries as well as government agencies globally.  
We customize software called NeXpose serves to thwart security breaches and 
protect high-profile networks from viruses and hackers. This position is 
located at the headquarters office in the heart of Boston, Copley Square. 

We are looking for self-starting and proactive candidates with a great attitude 
and fun personality as well as the desire to make money in a booming industry. 

Requirements: 
• Technical background 
• Customer service experience 
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge in delivering product presentations catering to technical and 
managerial audiences for various companies 
• Detail-oriented and 
• BS/BA or relevant work experience 

Plus: 
• Experience with network security software 

You will become an expert in demonstrating company products, developing 
effective sales tools (i.e. presentations, scripted sales demos, FAQs, etc.), 
providing technical support to existing and potential customers, building 
competitive knowledge and creating key competitive differentiators for use by 
sales.
