The Role
As a direct report to the London ITI site manager, you will have responsibility
for the organisation and logistics necessary for the smooth running of the
London location in terms of ITI Crisis planning, escalation contacts,
desk/space planning, training coordination, staff events, ITI site specific
communications and issues resolution.
Significant general IT management experience in a logistics role, specifically
related to site or Business continuity management. Demonstrable experience in
managing staff logistics across a multi building campus, and dealing with staff
calmly whilst ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
Capable of detailed planning of schedules, to predefined operating models and
organisation of data for use by ITI manages in London. Adaptable, and able to
communicate succinctly and effectively to all levels of staff. Ability to make
deadlines despite having to depend on external parties to repeatedly provide
input and updates. In particular able to ensure that crisis planning is up to
date, tested and that ITI are always in an acceptable state of readiness should
a crisis occur.
