Position: Information Assurance Analyst
Location: McLean, Virginia, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2007-03-11
Nortel Government Solutions has immediate opening for an INTEL- Information
Assurance Analyst located in McLean, VA.
2-3 yrs of experience in the IT and Information Assurance field, and excellent
oral and written communication skills are required. Demonstrated knowledge of
information security law, regulations and guidelines is extremely beneficial.
Possession of an Information Security Certification--CISSP--a plus. Candidate
should be experienced in writing incident response procedures and reports,
providing Incident Response training, working with SLAs, supporting Contingency
Planning, working with various components to write security procedures, working
with Operations staff to ensure that vulnerability and patch management is
handled appropriately, training staff as necessary, and performing
certification testing, the effect of which will assist teams who are conducting
and developing Certification and Accreditation Packages.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in a
related field.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

All work will be performed at the client site. Some travel to Nortel Government
Solutions' corporate offices in Fairfax, VA will be required.
