JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- The required qualifications for this position are: * five or more years experience in administering a RACF environment, * adept at working within a RACF team, developing and reviewing proposed RACF changes and risks associated to the operations and assisting with testing and implementing RACF technical plans, * accomplished in daily RACF operations & changes, hands-on configuration of RACF to include Group Tree Design and Class Definition, solid DB2 administration including protection for CICS transactions, * must be skilled at providing customer service support and troubleshooting complex issues for RACF related issues, * must be able to automate routine activities, * must understand and execute role-based access security and design concepts related to RACF, * must have experience with working in multiple areas to meet security goals on a variety of projects, * must be able to comprehend security concepts and implement secure solutions, * must have analytical and problem-solving skills, * must have strong verbal and written technical communication abilities, * must show maturity, integrity and be able to communicate with diplomacy and tact, * proficient with MS Office Software applications, Word, Excel, Visio and Project and * Associates Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management or related disciplines or equivalent business experience. ________________________________ Desired Skills/Experience Preferred The preferred qualifications for this position are: Qualifications * ten or more years of relevant business and/or IT experience in RACF system administration, * knowledge of z/OS environment (load libraries, PDS, TSO, and JCL), * advanced z/OS RACF operations experience using TSO/ISPF, JES Job Submission, IEF Security Utilities, * JES JCL Development, RACF DB2 Administration and CICS transaction controls, * experience working in and with Identity Management provisioning tools, * experience with UNIX system services under z/OS, * experience with code management tools, * experience with InfoMan and/or Peregrine Problem Management applications, * experience with Oracle sub-system security using the Oracle client.
