Primary The primary responsibilities for the RACF Security

Responsibilities Analyst position are:
======================================
* performing user access control administration
and maintenance activities,
* designing and applying access controls using
knowledge of group tree design, profiles, resources
and class structures for securing user and role-
based access to system resources and access for
users, roles and systems to data,
* assisting support areas on a daily basis with
troubleshooting complex RACF security issues,
* working with users and project teams to understand
security and architecture needs as related to RACF,
* accounting activities supporting compliance and
I/S controls objectives,
* managing the creation and maintenance of user
access of various applications and systems
in an effort to centralize user access
administration and to eliminate segregation
of duty concerns,
* researching and documenting and implementing
processes, procedures and tools to mitigate
risk and ensure an appropriate level of
access control.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
The required qualifications for this position are:

* five or more years experience in administering
a RACF environment,
* adept at working within a RACF team, developing
and reviewing proposed RACF changes and risks
associated to the operations and assisting with
testing and implementing RACF technical plans,
* accomplished in daily RACF operations & changes,
hands-on configuration of RACF to include Group
Tree Design and Class Definition, solid DB2
administration including protection for CICS
transactions,
* must be skilled at providing customer service
support and troubleshooting complex issues for
RACF related issues,
* must be able to automate routine activities,
* must understand and execute role-based access
security and design concepts related to RACF,
* must have experience with working in multiple areas
to meet security goals on a variety of projects,
* must be able to comprehend security concepts and
implement secure solutions,
* must have analytical and problem-solving skills,
* must have strong verbal and written technical
communication abilities,
* must show maturity, integrity and be able to
communicate with diplomacy and tact,
* proficient with MS Office Software applications,
Word, Excel, Visio and Project and
* Associates Degree in Computer Science, MIS,
Business Management or related disciplines or
equivalent business experience.

Desired Skills/Experience 
Preferred The preferred qualifications for this position are:
Qualifications
* ten or more years of relevant business and/or
IT experience in RACF system administration,
* knowledge of z/OS environment (load libraries,
PDS, TSO, and JCL),
* advanced z/OS RACF operations experience using
TSO/ISPF, JES Job Submission, IEF Security
Utilities,
* JES JCL Development, RACF DB2 Administration and
CICS transaction controls,
* experience working in and with Identity Management
provisioning tools,
* experience with UNIX system services under z/OS,
* experience with code management tools,
* experience with InfoMan and/or Peregrine Problem
Management applications,
* experience with Oracle sub-system security using
the Oracle client.
