Position: Security System Administrator
Location: New York, New York, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

Macintosh System Administrator - New York
This position is available in New York, NY.
We are looking for exceptional System Administrators, at all levels of
experience, to support our growing office and server infrastructure. The ideal
candidate is goal-oriented, has the ability to handle interrupts while fluidly
switching between several projects, and takes a "work smarter, not harder"
approach.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements:
• BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience using Mac OS X in a multi-platform
networked environment.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux or other UNIX administration.
• Ability to automate system administration functions using Unix shell
scripts, Perl, Python, and/or AppleScript.
• Integration of Mac OS X Server in a multi-platform networked
environment.
• Integration of Mac OS X with a Directory Structure, i.e. Active
Directory, LDAP, Open Directory.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and NetBoot as implemented in OS
X.
• Project management and documentation skills.
• High level of initiative and dedication.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player and willingness to lend a hand
with any project.
• Outstanding customer service and interaction skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
